'கிழக்கில் 3,118 மேலதிக ஆசிரியர்கள்: வருடாந்தம் 45 மில்லியன் நஷ்டம்'

கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் 3,118 ஆசிரியர்கள் மேலதிகமாக காணப்படுவதாகவும் இதனால் மாதமொன்றுக்கு 45.64 மில்லியன் நட்டம் ஏற்படுவதாகவும் மாகாண கல்வி பணிப்பாளர் எம்.ரீ.நிசாம் தமிழ்மிரர் இணையத்தளத்திற்கு தெரிவித்தார்.

இவர்களில் 2,443 பேர் தமிழ் மொழி மூல ஆசிரியர்களும் 675 பேர் சிங்கள மொழி மூல ஆசிரியர்களுமாவர் என அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

எனினும் கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் பல பாடங்களுக்கான தமிழ் மொழி மூல ஆசிரியர்கள் 1,702 பேரும் சிங்கள மொழி மூலமான ஆசிரியர்கள் 321 பேருக்கும் வெற்றிடம் காணப்படுவதாக அவர் கூறினார்.

இரண்டாம் மொழி தமிழ் மற்றும் சிங்களம், கணிதம், ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் நூலக ஆசிரியர்கள் போன்ற பல பாடங்களுக்கான ஆசிரியர்கள் புதிதாக நியமிக்கப்பட்ட வேண்டியுள்ளதாக எம்.ரீ.நிசாம் தெரிவித்தார்.

மேலதிகமாக உள்ளவர்களில் 400 தமிழ் மொழி மூலமான ஆசிரியர்களும் 56 சிங்கள மொழி மூலமான ஆசிரியர்களும் தெரிவுசெய்யப்பட்டு ஆசியர் பற்றாக்குறையாகவுள்ள பாடங்களை கற்பிக்க பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்

இதேவேளை, கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் ஆசிரியர் சமமின்மையை நிவர்த்தி செய்வதற்காக வலயங்களுக்குற்பட்ட மற்றும் வலயங்களுக்கு அப்பால் என்ற இரண்டு அடிப்படைகளில் ஆசிரிய இடமாற்றங்கள் இடம்பெறுவதாக அவர் கூறினார்.

இதற்கினங்க 564 தமிழ் மொழி மூலமான ஆசிரியர்களும் 110 சிங்கள மொழி மூலமான ஆசிரியர்களும் வலயங்களுக்கு அப்பால் எதிர்வரும் 26ஆம் திகதி முதல் அமுலுக்குவரும் வகையில் இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்படவுள்ளனர். இவர்களுக்கான கடிதங்கள் இன்று திங்கட்கிழமை அனுப்பிவைக்கப்படவுள்ளன என அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

இதேவேளை, 1862 தமிழ் மொழி மூலமான ஆசிரியர்களும் 508 சிங்கள மொழி மூலமான ஆசிரியர்களும் வலயங்களுக்குற்பட்ட இடமாற்றத்தின் கீழ் ஏற்கனவே இடமாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக எம்.ரீ.நிசாம் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்.

This is a stupid decision. In fact there are plenty of disadvantages in transfering teachers and also lots of alternative ways. It is extremely suspected whether political revenge.

Dear Rinas, Yes i totally agree that there are disadvantages for ladies dies who are mostly engaged in domestic and house work. This should be considered. but, on the other side i am totally disagree that you have mentioned as stupid decision. There are some firm rational behind this decision.especially from the students side by eradicating the imbalance of the teacher. more as you are a teacher( English) are there are any agreement with you and employer that not to give transfer.

I would like to ask the PD, why did he placed extra 200 teachers in his Kalmunai zonal when he was ZDE for Kalmunai. He now blame the ZDEs but he was the main man who didnt follow the teachers assignemnets from the first place.

And PD should have gained all parties support , specially the peoples representatives to amicably do the transfer but he is acting like politicians with hidden agenda. how long he can keep the Governor with his bed site.
